About Us

Kamehameha Federal Credit Union has proudly been serving its membership since 1957. The credit union is governed by a Board of Directors that are elected by the credit union’s membership. Every member, in good standing, has one vote in electing the Board of Directors. Each member of the Board is a member of the credit union and serves on the Board as a non-paid volunteer.

Kamehameha Federal Credit Union is a federally-chartered credit
union. The credit union is monitored and regulatory rules are
enforced by the National Credit Union Administration, a federal agency of the U.S. Government. Members’ shares are insured to at least $250,000 and are backed by the full-faith of the United States Government. IRA shares are insured separately up to $250,000.
