Seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, hands-on, team leader to lead credit union’s operations and loan staff in compliance with all governing laws, rules, regulations, and credit union policies.
The successful candidate will have 3 – 5 years’ experience in a financial institution branch that includes consumer loan application processing and decisioning, and supervisory experience hiring, training, developing, and evaluating supervisees. Superior leadership ability, and interpersonal skills a must. Proven results in sales growth preferred.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Seeking member service professional with 2 – 3 years’ experience eager for a career opportunity to lead a young Operations team in a dynamic, growth environment. The successful candidate will have mastered all duties of credit union operations, and possess a thorough knowledge of all governing Federal and State laws and regulations.
Superior leadership ability, and interpersonal skills a must.
LOAN OFFICER
Seeking highly-motivated, enthusiastic, hands-on, team leader to lead credit union’s Loan staff; and ensure compliance with all governing laws, rules, regulations, and credit union policies.
The successful candidate will have proven a success at developing, growing, and managing a consumer loan portfolio that includes first- and second-mortgage loans/lines. Superior planning and organization, communication, interpersonal, and issue-resolution skills a must. Proficiency with MS Office suite of programs and working knowledge of Federal and State regulations also required.
Supervisory and credit union experience a plus.
MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (TELLER)
Seeking friendly, enthusiastic, service-minded team member to assist credit union members with their financial transactions over the counter, telephone, and via mail. The successful candidate will have cash handling, 10-key, and computer experience; be able to type 40 wpm, and be eager to learn to advance.
