Quickly locate the nearest ATM directly connected to the FHB Network.
Select "Remote Deposit" from the menu to access your account quickly using your smartphone or tablet. Make sure you are set up to make online deposits; otherwise, you will receive an error message alerting you to contact us. We must provide you proper access to allow online deposits.
Choose to make a deposit or review pending or past deposits.
After selecting "Deposit a Check," a window will display instructions. Keep in mind, all checks must be properly endorsed on the back of the check (e.g. signature(s) and "For Mobile Deposit Only to KFCU Account #_____") before you proceed.
Select the account into which you will deposit the check, and enter the dollar amount of the deposit. Then, select to take a picture of the check's front and back sides.
Your device's camera will prompt you to align the edges to fit within the boundaries before you photograph the check. Look at the image's quality and choose whether to use or retake the photo.
Once you've taken the photographs, you will be able to see the images, verify your account information and read the Deposit Disclaimer.

You will receive a notification that your check has been submitted for deposit.

Select "Remote Control Cards" from the menu to access your account quickly using your smartphone or tablet.
Once selected, each card will display and show the current status.
Select the card whose status you'd like to change. You will see a message pop up confirming your selection.
Toggle between Active and Disabled to make changes in real-time. If you change the status to Lost or Stolen, you can't reactivate your card. You will need to contact us to get a new card, or ask us to remove the block code, if you mistakenly chose this status.
